RSS and everything you want to know ( part 1 )

“Why is it as a blogger attention increasingly on the numbers of participants RSS her blog, though most of them incompatible with the contents of your site in the feed reader and not not go to blog?”
This question (or the changes in the company) beat my inbox 3 times within 24 hours from different people so I thought of as an item, rather than individual responses.
Let me first say that this problem can be frustrating. You see your ID RSS subscribers more and more by the number of visitors will remain stable – as well as the expenses for your comment. It may in fact believe, as your time – I remember myself feeling a little like these guys there, when I first noticed something going on, he is to me:
However, not everything is lost.
There are a number of points that I do want to answer this question at the RSS subscribers do not visit a blog. I hope that they those who break this problem a little hope, encouragement and also some ways.
1st One participant, not always the best view is that a wide visitors, who never again
I have recently bloggers say that he had the opportunity to subscribe to his blog via RSS feeds on his blog, because he did not “give” their content. He wished that people have read its content to “pay” by using his blog to him (and his money with advertising) and he saw that the participants RSS “Downloads”.
My answer was for him that I prefer a Participant, the rarely visit my blog that the reality of a broad visitors who never returned, because they have no chance to stay in touch.
If a customer can not visit a blog, they have a strong connection. My reasons for this, and we hope that in the following sections.
2nd They put each item in front of a participant is an opportunity to reinforce your image.
RSS subscribers choose, you get the contents of your site. If they have beaten “subscribe”, which they themselves within your sphere of influence and ask you to teach, inspire and communicate with them.
Every time a product and a participant sees something you wrote you have the opportunity to deepen the relationship of trust and influence that came with your subscription. All this could not be an immediate payment in the form of advertising revenue – long term they can “pay”.
3rd RSS subscribers are influencers
RSS is used by a small percentage of the population (approximately 11% of the reports at the latest).
While the share of small May – I have a suspicion that they are a prudent and influential group of people. I guess here – but I think that those who use RSS, however, the blog itself, they are potentially in the social networks, e-mail and bookmarking tools.
